Celebrate the start of Spring at Dandelion Days Saturday May 11

Dandelion Days, Saturday May 11:

Our Bonedale Ballet dancers are leaping into preparations for the springtime Dandelion Days event in Carbondale, Co. Saturday, May 11 ( 10am-5pm). At Sopris Park.

Join our dancers at the parade, starting at 10am -Main & 2nd Street, finishing at Sopris Park, where all the event festivities will be taking place. Bonedale Ballet will perform at 10:30-10:50am on the gazebo stage, followed by live music throughout the day. There too will be over 50 vendors, makers, artists, farmers, ranchers, growers, and local businesses. Come support the annual Dandelion Days celebration of spring, community and sustainability!  

Stay tuned for additional outdoor performances with our dancers, such as the Carbondale Mountain Fair , Our Town One Table, First Friday, Thrill the World, and many more...

    Springtime has arrived, the ground has thawed, so it is officially time for springtime dance performances and a variety of movement classes for all ages/interests. 

 Coming soon to a park near you…Dandelion Days, Saturday May 11:

Are you looking for an Adult Ballet class to explore the dancer in you? 

Alexandra is currently teaching an adult beginning ballet session at CMC in Carbondale, at The Lappala Center. T (9-10am ). Spring session ends April 30. Check out the CMC online catalogue for the upcoming summer ballet session, and sign up early.

Tiny Tots Ballet for ages 3-5 takes place Fridays (11:15-12pm) at the Launchpad in Carbondale.   

Kids Ballet for ages 5-8: Stay tuned for a summer session of ballet for ages 5-8 at River Valley Ranch in Carbondale. Call Alexandra to RSVP. The current spring session is full.

*Pilates Mat & Reformer Apparatus:

Are you looking to improve your core strength, spine mobility and balance? 

Join Alexandra at the Carbondale Branch library for a Free Beginning Pilates mat class session - Mondays 4-5pm . April 1-April 29 ( No class April 15). For ages 12-adult.  

Are you experienced in Pilates? Come join Alexandra for an Intermediate pilates mat class, Tuesdays 12-1pm at the Launchpad in Carbondale. 

Pilates Reformer apparatus- Alexandra offers private/semiprivate lessons on the Reformer in Carbondale, by appointment.

Have you ever wanted to dance with Bonedale Flashmob at the Carbondale Mountain Fair or at Thrill the World Carbondale ( Thriller)?  Rehearsals are Fridays 5:15-6:30pm. 

Hoping to see you all at an upcoming dance performance or a weekly class for the wellness of your mind, body and spirit.

Greetings and Happy New Year:

We hope your new year is off to a healthy start and that it continues to be well. At Coredination / Bonedale Ballet and Bonedale Flashmob, we are offering classes for the well being of your mind, body and spirit with dance and Pilates.

Adults can enjoy lessons in Pilates reformer and mat instruction and group ballet.

Teens & Adults are welcome to join a special 4 week ballet & Pilates session for the month of February.

Kids ages 3-5 are invited to join our Tiny Tots Ballet Class and Beginning Ballet for ages 5-8. These youth groups will be performing at Dandelion Days 2024 in Carbondale, May 11 .

Kids ages 11 & adults can join Bonedale Flashmob for their new season, starting March 2024. Spreading spontaneous joy through community dance performances!
