2021 Spring Classes & Event Updates

Hello and Happy Spring to you.

The sun is shining at Coredination , Bonedale Ballet & Bonedale Flashmob:

We are in full swing offering ballet, tap, flashmob jazz classes on a weekly basis for all ages and levels, pilates mat /apparatus classes and yoga privates in person and on zoom. Our teachers are incredibly grateful for their dedicated students and clients who are passionate about dance, performance art, community, and mindful exercise for the body and spirit.

Our dancers are preparing for Dandelion Days, May 8, Ross Montessori Online Fundraiser, April 10, River Bridge Regional Center fundraiser throughout the month of April, Mountain Fair and much much more.

Come join the springtime buzz at Coredination.

Special thanks to our Dancers, Akaljeet Khalsa (photography), and Carbondale Community School, Ross Montessori and the Town of Carbondale for allowing us the opportunity to perform outdoors for our amazing community . Greetings from Coredination, Bonedale Ballet & Bonedale Flashmob:

We understand how trying these times are for everyone , and genuinely wish you continued health and wellbeing for you and your loved ones.

Our teachers are here to offer you and your kids dance & movement classes for pure joy, ease of mind, fitness, creative expression and balance. And most importantly, we are prioritizing the safety of every student to assure you peace of mind and wellness.

-We currently offer Zoom classes

-Small group classes

-Outdoor class options ( Summer, Fall).

-Practicing social distancing, mask wearing, hand sanitizer usage, and daily temperature checks.

Group Classes

Mondays:

Teen/ Adult Ballet (10-11:15am )

Kids Tap ( 4-5pm) ages 7-11


Tuesdays:

Pilates Mat ( 12-1pm)

Creative Dance & Pre ballet ( 5-5:45pm) ages 4-6


Wednesday:

Teen/Adult Ballet (4:30-5:45pm)


Thursday:

Floorebarre ( 12-1pm)

Children’s Ballet ( 4-5pm) ages 7-11


Friday:

Tiny Tots Ballet ( 10-10:45am) ages 3-5

Bonedale Flashmob (5-6pm)

(A community dance performance group for

Ages 7-adult).
